Bhimakali Temple is an important temple located in Sarahan in the stunning Himalayan mountain ranges of Himachal Pradesh. The temple is devoted to Goddess Bhimakali, who is a personification of the Goddess Durga. The temple has beautiful architectural design comprising of both Hindu and Buddhism architectural style. The Bhimakali Temple was built by the royal family of Bushahr during the 8th century. The temple complex comprises of two temples, the old temple is a three-storied structure and the new temple is where the main goddess sits. The old temple is made of wood and stone with complex designs.
